You can check in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready.
If the room has been cleaned and prepared before 15:00, you may access the room earlier. Please be aware of our additional charge for early check-in. It’s free and subject to availability if you booked your stay directly on our website urbanframehotel.com.
The room is yours until 11:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 11:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out.
The late check-out is until 16.00, and the price is 60€ (we are counting 15€ per supplement hour).
We do have Triple rooms which consist of 1 double Queen Size bed and 1 single Sofa.
If you wish to stay in the hotel with your family, we also have connected rooms that offer 2 Queen Size beds and the possibility to add a baby bed. Please inform us in your reservation if you wish to have connecting rooms.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the hotel.
We have baby equipment at your disposal. Please if you are coming with a baby, let us know in advance so we can prepare the room and make your stay memorable for you and the little ones.
The hotel is located at 10 minute’s Walk from the Acropolis and is very close to every tourist site and the bests restaurants in town.
The hotel is just a two-minute walk from Ermou Street, a large pedestrian street with many shops for you to enjoy. You will also find Voukourestiou Street with many luxury brands less than 10 minutes away for a higher standard of shopping.
You will have free high-speed WIFI throughout the hotel during your stay.
The hotel does not have its own car park, but we have a partnership with an open car park located 1 minute walk from the hotel. The price for this service is 25€ for 24 hours, to be paid directly to the man managing the car park.

Our hotel provide Taxi transfers. If you need a Taxi from the Airport or from the Piraeus Port, please contact the reception 24 hours before your arrival with your flight of boat details so the taxi can find you more easily. If you need Taxi during your stay, we can also arrange it for you.
The cost from the Airport to the Hotel is 57€ during the day. Between 23:30 and 5:15, the price will be 72€.
The cost from Piraeus Port to the Hotel is 35€.
If you wish to reach the hotel by metro from the airport, there is a direct line from the airport to the Syntagma Square station which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Athens is beautiful under every season, but depending on your needs, let us advise you on the best times to visit this city. If you want to enjoy the sun, the good weather, the beaches and the Athenian rooftops and beach clubs, the best period is between the beginning of May and the end of September.
If you still want to enjoy good weather but avoid the tourists, then mid-September to the end of October is ideal for you.
During the Christmas period, Athens is covered under heaps of lights and lavish decorations on Syntagma Square which are splendid to see. We are lucky, the hotel is only two minute’s walk from this magnificent square
